Paramax has introduced and works to quality assurance procedures to ISO 9000. Strong emphasis is placed upon industry best practices.

 

As an organisation and as individuals we will demonstrate a high level of integrity and a desire to be regarded by all customers and interested parties as an organisation committed to:

• Provide guarantee to the customer that their requirements are being met in accordance with the agreement and direction given by customer’s representative

• Achieve and maintain the expected quality by providing service with all due care and skill and in a professional, punctual and diligent manner

• Continuously improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the installation processes with aim to exceed the targets set

We will ensure a safe working environment for all our employees, customers and visitors by commitment to:

• Comply with relevant OHS legislation and with other safety requirements placed upon the organisation by the customer

• Establish hazard/risk controls and measurable targets aimed at elimination of work-related injury and illness
